I sincerely think that this is a literary masterpiece, and it and Vagabond both stand atop the manga world. This is not an essay, i don't want to have a 10.000 word review. I just want to pay a little respect to the series that opened my heart to the hobby of reading manga.

If you haven't read this, please do, it will certainly be a life-changing experience, at least it was for me. The journey Guts goes trhough is heart-breaking, gory and beautiful. Murata's art is god-like, and only got polished trhoughout the 20+ years this series has been ongoing.

Thank you Murata, for creating this series and keeping up with it even after more than two decades since its first serialization.
