Resumen
Deka Wanko tells the adventures of Ichiko Hanamori, a rookie police detective, assigned to Squad 6 Investigation 1 Department. Not only does she have to prove her worth to her fellow male colleagues (that includes her brand new partner, Kirishima, a young hot-headed detective) but also to the top #1 award-winning police dog, Michael!

Guys, guys, don't look at the cover.

I mean it. DON'T LOOK AT THE COVER!!

The cover made me really reluctant to actually read this, I was like:

"What the Hell is this, a kid story?"

Well...

It wasn't.

Characters, characters, characters, that'is what caught my eyes in this manga. Most of the time, you find that the characters are being created as the story goes on but from the beginning, you find that these characters have strong presences and personalities. The characters are hilarious and you can actually feel like they ARE ACTUALLY friends. They aren't a bunch of characters forced to be together in an awkward situation, they are in well-balanced harmony together.

The story is generally, a case-to-case setup. So you follow the 6th squad (but why 6? I mean it IS a satanic number used a lot by the illuminati) around and see how they solve their cases, much like Detective Conan, so this is why there is a need for strong characters and the writer deserves a star for achieving this. Because it ain't no easy job to create such awesome characters.

The art high-lighted facial expressions and it was very proportionate, the only exception of this was the main-character's eyes; other than that, it was proportionate; another star for the illustrator but it did lack details but we can give some leeway, can't we guys?

So DON'T LOOK AT THE GODDAMNED COVER AND READ THIS!!!!!!!!

Because inspite of your most likely negative idea of this manga, it is GOOD.

Not good but GOOD.

See the different meanings using capital letters?

(Yeah, I know I'm a genius, an AWEsome one!)
