Premise: In the future society implements a law against unemployment. Anyopne who hasn't worked for 6 months is sent to be "reborn", meaning mind-wiped and reinserted as a workforce into society.

Overall:
The manga has nice realistic art, and premise despite being silly could work well as a basis for an anti-utopia basis. There are mature themes thrown in seemingly mostly for a shock value, art is good.

Problem:
The manga goes nuts after chapter 10. It takes everything it built in 9 previous chapters, and shreds it to pieces. The plot completely loses any coherence and stops making sense. Circumstances rapidly change, people end up in unexpected circumstances, characters are the same, but everything prior to it.... is disconnected. That makes zero sense.

2/10 story, 6/10 art, 5/10 character, 4/101 enjoyment 3/10 overall, meaning "poor".

The story suffers from loss of any semblance of coherence starting with 10th chapter. It was making some sense prior that point, but beyond chapter ten it becomes totally random. Basically it feels like the old scriptwriter quite and the new one doesn't know what it is about. It is that different.

ARt: 6/10:
Adult proportioned characters ,and overall nice. There's use of stock photos for backgrounds here and there, but overall it looks quite well.

Character: 5/10.
They're plot devices and all of them are quite bland. But I don't recall anything that made me cringe in disgust, so it is average.

Enjoyment: 4/10:
The premise doesn't help, and the story going bonkers doesn't help either. The art is nice, but that's about it.

Overall: 3/10.
The premise wasn't that great, but it could've been saved by artwork or characters... except the manga went ahead and threw the story out of the window. I think it is best to skip this.
