Honestly I watched the anime before I even started on the manga, but oh boy am I glad that I read it!

While I was on an anime binge I ran out of Magi episodes to watch, and I didn't want to go back and re-watch the first and part of the second (I was up to episode 19, and waiting on 20)

I wanted to know what happened next, but I had been told by a friend that there were some major differences between the anime and the manga, so I went and read the entire thing (up to 214) in another of my binge reading/watching sessions and I'm impressed with the entire thing as a whole! I love the anime and the show!
