Yakusoku no Neverland review

To put it simply - I didn't like the ending, the series went on for too long and there were aspects of the story that made little to no sense and/or served no real purpose.
It has such an interesting premise and I think that world is explored fairly well in the beginning. And then it has its moments where it falls off the deep end and comes back up for air somehow.
Ultimately I found myself finishing it because I simply wanted to know how it ended and even that was disappointing in its "miraculous" convenience. Honestly, though, the story was such a rollercoaster I'm not sure what they could have done to make it better.
The art was beautiful at times and has a pretty unique style for manga. The colored art has wonderful lighting.
If you're already over halfway though you may as well finish it but I wouldn't expect to be blown away.
