If you have watched the anime & is thinking of reading the manga, then you probably should give it a go. There are 200+ chapters and only the first 90 chapters cover the content in the anime.
This anime arc ends nicely and on its own creates a wholesome romcom story. The twists and turns are enjoyable; Satisfying like a nice clean game of chess.

The next 100+ chapters feels like playing 4D chess...
Although sometimes it can get a little complicated, and quite a number of characters are introduced, the story's constant development manages to hook the reader. The twists and turns from the first 90 chapters are amplified exponentially later on.

With more characters, some original members end up neglected for brief periods. Although it may initially cause loss of interest to some readers, the plot wraps around such that those members are eventually involved again.

Transitioning from the first 90 chapters to the next "arcs" of the story may cause some shock or loss in interest (depending on your tastes). But if you go with the flow and get onboard the train without resisting, then you might like the scenery on the way.

Overall an enjoyable romcom.
