Misumisou review

Warning: This review contains spoilers pertaining to the series' plot

Misu Misou is a tale of bullying, death, romance and revenge (sweet blissful revenge).

The story is gory, romantic and absolutely tragic. The story is based in a small village outside of japan, in a very hush hush area, and essentially the new girl is bullied by psychopathic tweens. Without spoiling its interesting tale, they do some pretty fucked up shit, which results in the main character to stand up and kill the little cunts.

What I love about the story is how essentially it is a psychological horror revenge tale, with a nice dash of romance. But what the story does is really make you feel as if all the characters, no matter how fucking awful they are, don't really deserve to die, and how you really feel bloody awful watching them die so horribly. Yet at the same time you are happy they are dead.

Art: The art is awful, it looks bland and dull.

Characters: The characters are interesting and very normal, I like them, I can relate to them. but when the blood starts splattering these characters change from normal to badass, it's amazing.

Overall enjoyment: I liked it alot, in fact I can't wait to see what happens next. It is very violent it's kinda on the fuckked up level of Elfen Lied, so if you don't like Elfen Lied don't read this.
