Shooting Star review

For 5 chapters I was sort of expecting a nice short story about love or a comedy of sorts, but instead I got a short, quick, forgetful story about a girl who wants to sing in a band and finding her first gig.

Story: Honestly, it's not memorable. It's just a cliche story about a girl who wants to join a band and then forming one. In 5 chapters it all goes down quickly, and you get to know each member well enough to know their character. Not bad, but not great either. Just in the middle.

Art: The art is very different. Front facial shots are done very well but other drawn scenes can be sloppy. But this is the same guy who wrote Orange, so I'm not surprised, its just a different style of art. It's easy to get used to, but it doesn't forgive him of some really weird shots.

Character: Classic "bad guy is good guy". I read the story 2 nights ago and don't remember much from it, so that should tell you everything.
