Sekai ka Kanojo ka Erabenai review

Have you ever read or watched the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya? Imagine that, but with the following settings changed:
--Haruhi is 50% nicer to people, but 30% more tsundere
--Kyon is 10% more romantic at the expense of being 95% less funny
--Nagato is actively and aggressively trying to get into Kyon's pants
--Koizumi is 60% gayer
--Mikuru is replaced with an elf loli
If you don't know how to feel after reading that, then consdier this: what if Haruhi Suzumiya had a tighter story with more tension; less Endless Eight, more Disappearance?
Ultimately, those are the tradeoffs you experience while reading Sekai ka Kanojo ka Erabenai. The result is an almost disturbingly intriguing story for an Ecchi manga, where you're drawn in by the "plot" but actually stay for the PLOT. Characters become increasingly interesting and sympathetic as they go along, and you find yourself sucked in to the story and wondering how things will turn out.
Give it a shot. Stick around long enough and you'll be shocked at just how compelling it is.
