Sadly, with such an awesome premise, the story falls flat on many occasions. The intro arc is super intriguing. Enough to pull you into this messed up world with mysteries scattered throughout.
I just feel that the journey towards the answers I wanted were somewhat boring, and dragged out too long. And then when the answers are revealed they just didn't feel satisfying enough for me. The story itself, imo, could be rewritten to be at masterpiece level, but what we have is a bunch of interesting ideas that didn't quite pay off.

Beautiful art as needed. The mangaka has an amazing talent for detail, but only when the scene demands it. Otherwise, the art still looks fine throughout.

Full of forgettable characters sadly. I can count on 1 hand the characters I have any feelings for at all after the book ended.

While the book has many downsides, I'd say there is some interesting things here. I did see my enjoyment drop as a progressed through the story, but every once in a while something would get me hyped up enough to start binge reading till i simply got bored again and took a break.

I'd 100% recommend the beginning. The premise of it will pull you in for a while. It just somewhat falls apart as time goes on.
