JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken Part 7: Steel Ball Run review
Story: 9
Art: 10 Character: 10 Enjoyment: 9 Overall: 10 This is the one of the most amazing manga I've ever read, The plot is good, the starting is kinda slow but it's definitely worth it imo, The unique stands of part 7 are very interesting, Steel ball run definitely has a lot of interesting characters with unique personalities imo. I enjoyed this very much, This is a masterpiece made by Araki. Also, It'd be interesting if someone new to jojo starts with part 7 since this is set in an alternate universe and has nothing to do with part 1-6's plot. It has the funniest valentine, that's enough reason to read it lol

Onna dakara, to Party wo Tsuihou sareta node Densetsu no Majo to Saikyou Tag wo Kumimashita review
At one point, certain Japanese Medical school began deliberately lowering entrance exam scores for female applicants. This was because they seemed to be under the impression, that these young women wouldn't be doctors for very long, as they get married and leave their jobs.....*vomits at the words she just wrote*
Author Ameko Kaeruda discovered this, and was rather enraged, so she went on to write the Web Novel turned Light Novel, Sexiled, though I think a better name would be Lilliam, as it fits the story pretty well, and a lot of people will in fact, be confused by the title: Sexiled. Tanya is a hot-headed young mage who tried her hardest to become an adventure, teaming up with her scummy child-hood friend, Ryan, and starting a party together, until of course Ryan kicks her out of the party because he thinks that he's "doing her a favor," because most female adventurers are looking to settle down as far as his dumb-A** can tell. Tanya gets angry and we learn that the author has read Konosuba when Tanya goes into the middle of nowhere and spams her favorite spell, EXPLOSION! [Megumin has entered the chat] Anyway, Tanya accidentally releases the lackadaisical and egotistical, mythical sorcerous, Laplace. I believe it's pronounced more like Le place, as Laplace also tends to use a lot of French, like oui oui. The two end up teaming up to help Tanya get revenge, to help Laplace get into adventuring, and to make out for plot reasons, this is in fact, labeled as a Shoujo ai/yuri. This is a really fun series, yes it has the whole revenge thing, but it thankfully doesn't take it to the sadistic extremes or edge that Shield Hero or Redo of Healer were up to. Tanya just wants to embarrass Ryan, and without spoiling anything, Ryan's own actions are what lead to a lot of the really bad things that happen to him. it comes off as though he's bitten more than he can chew. This series has more than just a revenge aspect though, our heroes help each out and work to dismantle the sexist problems with their society, such as unfair systems or something small like the dress code, which is a nice lambasting of the tropes of female adventurers not wearing a lot of clothes. There's also a certain kindness to the series, our characters help people, feeling sympathy for people, even if those people are monsters, or former enemies. It helps balance out the rage, revenge, and anti-sexism. it also helps that the characters never feel like their on a soapbox, or being preachy. Tanya doesn't talk down to Sexists, she yells at them or punches them in the face. She's a fairly simpleminded, hot tempered type as I mentioned previously. This series can also be a lot of fun, when reading it, the characters did have their serious moments, but the series can often be rather comedic, at least in the first volume. It's also worth noting, since people will wonder this, the characters are overpowered, but within reason, as this story more or less takes place after they've been through most of their training, and even then, Tanya does get a bit of practice in during the first volume. And as one would guess, this is DEFINITELY a girl power story, which I personally rather enjoy. I've been enjoying the influx of good female rep. in fantasy isekai-type series like Kuma, Bofuri, Villainess, Spider, and now Sexiled. I also liked that the characters didn't feel like bland pieces of raccoon shaped wood, yes, that was a jab at Raphtalia from Shield Hero. The only issue I have is that the LN will often skip over bits that aren't THAT important, but I think could be if things were a bit more fleshed out, though I guess that would be something for more of an anime, which I hope this series gets, though I doubt it'll meet the expectations of the visuals in my head. That also reminds me, the artwork in this LN is amazing. Characters look expressive, detailed, cool, and cute at the same time. Kazutomo Miya did a FANTASTIC job with this series. Another issue I have isn't much of an issue, but I....don't even know if this will ever get an anime, because at the time of this review, this is one of those series that's basically forgotten on MAL, so it could actually be over for all I know, doesn't help that the next volume looks very final, and that a third volume isn't listed. MAL has it listed as ongoing, but I really trust them, since this one has faded into the background. In conclusion, if you think you might enjoy girl power lesbians getting revenge and helping people out of the goodness of their hearts, read it, the series has been translated into English physically and digitally. The volumes aren't that long, and it's not expensive on Amazon, so go out and get it. If you don't think you'll enjoy it, give the series a shot anyway, you might think it sounds bad, but it might pleasantly surprise you. This has been N.G.Chloe, signing off

NEJIMAKI SHOUKOUGUN review
This one-shot was quite interesting. The story was pretty rushed and exposition heavy, but that can be partially attributed to the fact this was indeed a one-shot. The premise caught me immediately, and while most of what could be done was at least explained, I would love to see it expanded on more in the future (which, unfortunately, probably won't happen as it's been 8 years since this was published).
The artwork wasn't anything amazing, but wasn't bad either; it was very average. In a similar vein, the characters were pretty flat and two-dimensional, with some rushed development thrown in, yet with time (and more experience in the mangaka's part) they could be made in to very good characters. Even with the flaws present, the premise and execution were done well enough for me to highly enjoy my time reading this. It wasn't the best thing I've ever read, but it provided enjoyment and has a decent bit of potential. All in all, I'm glad I spent my time reading this.

Girl May Kill review
You might read this series, perhaps get drawn into it, and wonder what the hell all the people who gave it such a low rating were smoking. Did they expect something else? Were they prudes and objected to some of the content? And then you come to the ending and it all becomes clear.
There are happy endings, there are melancholic endings, there are tragic endings. Any of those three types would've worked here if done well. What we got instead was a troll ending, a big middle finger thrown to the reader. This short series started out as a 7/10, became a strong 8/10 towards the end, and ended with the dumbest finale imaginable. I'm talking Gantz TV or Mai Hime finales dumb here, though in a very different way from both. Instead of the premise spiraling into dumb, here the main character does something so ridiculously stupid that you just stare at the page in shock and think WTF?? So I was enjoying it a lot until then, it had a lot of promise, and was only getting better, and then it got a rushed final arc leaving lots of unresolved plot points and ending with ... dumb.

Getsuyoubi kara Kataomoi review
If someone were to ask me for a romance or shoujo manga recommendation, I will definitely NOT recommend it. This is by all honesty and purely my own opinion, BAD.
The story do not have any direction or even has no intention of moving forward. The characters were not even given proper introduction to the readers. It is important for me that the characters cultivate some kind of identity of their own by taking out everything about them and show it to the readers. But this manga did no such thing. Tanaka's purpose was wasted. He should serve as some kind of threat or challenge to the main characters but nah dah. What is this manga for? It is true that the manga is short with only couples of chapter but that is not enough reason to throw every chances of making the story clear and wholesome out of the window and stick with 'romance with no substance' instead.

Tensei Kizoku, Kantei Skill de Nariagaru: Jakushou Ryouchi wo Uketsuida node, Yuushuu na Jinzai wo Fuyashiteitara, Saikyou Ryouchi ni Natteta review
“Reincarnated as an Aristocrat with an Appraisal Skill” is effectively the story of a mediocre man who has a spidey sense for great men. I was immediately taken with the novel premise and generally competent presentation. But caveats! I can get down right autistic about certain things within my wheelhouse, differential psychology being one. The appraisal system was stimulating my ire because of this. 4 attributes (bizarre picks at that), ambition and then a small platter of traits related to combat. Hmmm… It’s works and it’s obviously a fucking manga so who really cares how much actual psychological constructs associated with individual variation in “talent”
map onto the MCs appraisal table... Butttttt I can’t help myself.
The self-evident concern here is derived from the stories concept. One of the primary tropes of isekai is the overpowered, cheating protagonist. People don’t tend to be that engaged by mediocrity, and there is something particularly snivelling about someone who is amazing at sniffing out talent, but has none of it themselves. In which case, the readers prism for viewing the world becomes immediately less interesting and important than his coterie of geniuses. This has sort of been the story so far. Our MC is likeable, charismatic and has a rather empathetic/humanitarian view of the future which has allowed him to pick up some talented vassals. But he himself has done nothing. He is protected and guided by his comrades and simply told how successful they are out on the battlefield because he can not take part. Sure, the MC is still young, but his mind and strategic chops are also completely neutered when compared to his 3rd companion, who is a year younger than him as well. What is left for our MC? Is he simply the stat checker, soon to be relegated to the shadows as a more adept leader replaces him!? So, I am going to give “Reincarnated…” a 7… But wait, whose that on the horizon?! Blond hair, bangs and a diminutive stature? The loli Machiavelli! The MCs fiancee is a fantastic character and has the best arc so far. She’s adorable, has some great scenes and the interaction between both her and the MC that feel sincere and cutesy. The way in which both their talents bounced off each other to inform their meeting and eventual appreciation of each other was also top tier! Fantastic stuff. So while I do have concerns about the trajectory of this story and possibly the underlying foundation, I do think it has demonstrated that it has the capacity for greats moments and an enjoyable run. The current arc is also hinting towards the need for the MC to nurture his own ability, which he quite clearly should have given his father and siblings. I look forward to more chapters!

Misumisou review
A girl has been bullied throughout her last year of school, before her graduation. She hopes to wait patiently until it ends. If only things were that easy.
There's an ugly sense of realism in this manga if you look past the ridiculous and edgy violence. A revenge manga that doesn't glorify revenge is a revenge story done well. It's frustrating, but it's a reflection of real life. Is Misumisou exaggerated? Dramatised? Sure, a lot of the violence present feels unnecessary and too much at times, and the facial expressions of its characters only act to serve in its seemingly obnoxious edginess. Nevertheless, it's in this exaggeration that accurately depicts the ugliness of revenge. It's been shown time and time again that revenge doesn't bring anything positive for the victim. It doesn't rewind time nor does it resurrect the dead. It's a temporarily satisfying feeling, and in this case, none of it was satisfying for the protagonist, Haruka. Rensuke Oshikiri creates an ugly and tragic story of Haruka, bullied and pushed to the brink of her sanity. She doesn't feel anything besides pain. Even when the revenge portion of this story begins, it's nothing but hurt. The seemingly low quality art style greatly emphasises this feeling, depicting a bleak and fleeting environment. The setting, a town with a decreasing population, work to visualise the emptiness and meaningless view of life. Misumisou is anything but happy. Haruka is a victim, and so is everyone else to a certain degree. Every one of the bullies get their own tragic backstory that works to effectively create a moral standstill between them and the victim. When they get their just karma, it never feels fulfilling, and Oshikiri conveys this feeling well through Haruka's unfazed and unsatisfied mannerism. Bullying is something anyone can relate to, whether it be physically or verbally, and while Misimisou seems like a fantasy compared to everyday real life, it's not a stretch to say that it CAN happen. Maybe not in a fictionalized manga, but there's a reason school shootings exist and a lack of action from the school system only enables this pattern of tragedy. Revenge and bullying are ugly topics, but Misumisou is able to give a gripping and suspenseful story surrounding these themes, never shying away from the extreme but still always being grounded in reality. It's painful, but it's in this pain that makes it worth a read.
