Black Phantom

The mysterious leader of the criminal esper organization Black Phantom. He has a lack of regard on the lives of espers. Using his daughter Yuuri, he brainwashes espers to serve in his group and has them die by suicide if they are in a position where they cannot escape or are deemed useless.
