Funny Valentine

Funny Valentine is the main antagonist of Part 7. He is the twenty-third president of the United States. He is using the Steel Ball Run race to collect the scattered remains of Jesus Christ around the United States. He will do so by fair means or foul, sending assassins to eliminate Gyro for the purposes of retrieving the Saint's body. He was a former soldier, discharged after being tortured during a war; he has scars similar to the Stars and Stripes on his back.


His Stand is Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap (often referred to as D4C). It allows different parallel worlds/dimensions to co-exist at the same time and/or in the same place. It also allows it's user to visit these parallel (near)worlds/dimensions and interact with them.
